Tre Cime di Lavaredo, also called The Drei Zinnen(in German) means Three peaks, they are three distinctive battlement-like peaks;The three peaks, from east to west, are known as the Kleine Zinne/Cima Piccola (Little Peak), Große Zinne/Cima Grande (Big Peak) and Westliche Zinne/Cima Ovest(Western Peak).
The largest of the peaks has an elevation of 2,999 metres. It stands between the small peak, of elevation 2,857 metres, and the western peak, of elevation 2,973 metres.
